The agreement between you and GS Copilot when you use the extension, the website, or anything we ship.
01Acceptance
By installing the GS Copilot Chrome extension, creating an account, or using the website at gscopilot.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the extension and stop using the website.
02What we provide
GS Copilot is a Chrome extension that injects an AI coding assistant into the Google Apps Script IDE. The Free plan is provided as-is. Paid plans (Pro and Lifetime + BYOK) add additional features and provider integrations as described on the Pricing page.
03Your account
You're responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account. Don't share your login, and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at support@gscopilot.com.
04Acceptable use
Don't use GS Copilot to generate code intended for illegal activity, abuse third-party services, or evade rate limits of any provider. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer our extension to steal proprietary logic — we open-source what we can.
05Subscriptions & refunds
Pro is billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Lifetime is a one-time payment with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase — no questions asked.
06Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
On the Lifetime plan, you can connect your own API keys to third-party AI providers. Those interactions are governed by the terms of the provider you choose; we never store or forward your key beyond what's required to fulfill your request.
07Intellectual property
You own the code you write, the code Copilot generates for you, and any output produced by your scripts. We retain rights to the extension, our marketing materials, and our brand assets.
08Disclaimer
AI-generated code may contain mistakes. Review what Copilot writes before applying it to production scripts. We provide the service as-is, with no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
09Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to GS Copilot is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll email registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
