The agreement between you and Google Apps Script Copilot when you use the extension, the website, or anything we ship.
01Acceptance
By installing the Google Apps Script Copilot Chrome extension, creating an account, or using the website at gscopilot.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the extension and stop using the website.
02What we provide
Google Apps Script Copilot is a Chrome extension that injects an AI coding assistant into the Google Apps Script IDE. The 免费 plan is provided as-is. Paid plans (Pro and Lifetime + BYOK) add additional 功能s and provider integrations as described on the 价格 page.
03Your account
You're responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account. Don't share your login, and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at support@gscopilot.com.
04One account per user
Unless we expressly authorize otherwise, you may create and use only one Google Apps Script Copilot account. You may not create, control, or use multiple accounts to obtain additional free usage, credits, trials, plan benefits, or other access that is not available to your primary account. We may associate accounts that we reasonably believe are controlled by the same person or organization and apply plan limits and enforcement actions across those accounts.
05Acceptable use
Don't use Google Apps Script Copilot to generate code intended for illegal activity, abuse third-party services, or evade rate limits, usage limits, trial restrictions, or other access controls of Google Apps Script Copilot or any provider. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer our extension to steal proprietary logic — we open-source what we can.
06Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend, or permanently terminate your access to Google Apps Script Copilot if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, misused the service, created or used accounts to bypass limits or restrictions, or created risk or potential legal exposure for us or others. We may also take action against related accounts and remove access to associated trials, credits, or plan benefits. Where permitted by law, enforcement decisions are final. If you believe an account was actioned in error, contact support@gscopilot.com with the relevant account details so we can review the matter.
07Subscriptions & refunds
Pro is billed 每月 or yearly and can be cancelled at any time from your account page. Lifetime is a 一次性 payment with a 30 天退款保证 from the date of purchase — no questions asked.
08Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
On the Lifetime plan, you can connect your own API keys to third-party AI providers. Those interactions are governed by the terms of the provider you choose; we never store or forward your key beyond what's required to fulfill your request.
09Intellectual property
You own the code you write, the code Copilot generates for you, and any output produced by your scripts. We retain rights to the extension, our marketing materials, and our brand assets.
10Disclaimer
AI-generated code may contain mistakes. Review what Copilot writes before applying it to production scripts. We provide the service as-is, with no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Google Apps Script Copilot is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll email registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
